Is there a free trial?
During early access, we work with you directly and give you extended evaluation time inside your configured instance. After public launch, there will be a 14‑day trial on standard plans, no card required.
What exactly is a "user"?
In MOBuS, a "user" means a concurrent user. You can create as many user accounts as you need for partners, staff, and contractors. Your plan only limits how many can be logged in and active at the same time. If you have 20 people with accounts but never more than 5 online at once, you only pay for 5.
Can I use MOBuS for client marketing campaigns?
Yes. MOBuS includes full contact and organisation management, activity timelines, engagement tracking, and task workflows. You can run outreach and follow‑up processes as structured campaigns, link them to specific services or ventures, and see the time and cost they consume alongside other work.
Can we switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time if your concurrent usage or footprint grows; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We'll help you choose the smallest plan that comfortably fits your real usage.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing comes with a discount compared to month‑to‑month pricing. Details will be confirmed at public launch.
What if we need something very specific to our firm?
MOBuS is designed to adapt to specialised practices through configuration and attribute sets. If you need substantial custom workflows or integrations, we can scope a separate implementation or add‑on project.
