MOBuS is a business operations platform that provides client management, work management, and economic intelligence tools for professional services firms.

2. User Obligations

By using MOBuS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into MOBuS. We process your data solely to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fosferon ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MOBuS.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
